RE: John Branca Investigation for Possible Conspiracy Corruption In The Michael Jackson Case


I would like to request that The State Bar of California investigate John Branca of Ziffren Brittenham LLP, 1801 Century Park West, Los Angeles, CA 90067, for forgery & Corruption re: 2002 Michael Jackson Alleged Last Will.

After research on our part, we have very valid reasons to assert with conviction that Michael Jackson's last Will is forged by John Branca.

Michael Jackson was NOT In California on the date the purported Will was signed. He was in New York between July 6-9, 2002, protesting against Sony with Reverend Al Sharpton. Executors & witnesses ONLY acknowledged this AFTER fans pointed it out. This is a binding contract. How could all 3 witnesses who were there to attest to the location be “mistaken”?

Michael Jackson lived for his children. ALL of the names of Michael Jackson’s children are incorrect. Michael would have most definitely noticed this. There are many other “mistakes” in the Will. Executors should be held accountable and explain them to the Court.

More importantly, Michael Jackson terminated Branca and never hired him back. In 2003, Mr Jackson had people around him investigated. This investigation uncovered that Branca was receiving money from Sony in an offshore account, while representing Michael Jackson.
He was immediately terminated in Feb 2003. Mr Branca was asked to return the
ORIGINALS of all documents and resign from all positions. Mr Jackson fired everyone he no longer trusted, which is the reason one of the executors, Barry Siegel resigned as per instruction from Mr Jackson. We ask you, how can Mr Branca possibly have an original of MJ Will in 2009?

Mr. Branca claims that Michael hired him 8 DAYS before his death. He said they “met” after many years and Branca showed MJ an agenda of projects. Is it plausible that Branca happen to have a hire letter with him the same day he met with Mr Jackson? I strongly believe that the letter of hire that Branca is claiming signed by Michael is forged also.

To allow John Branca to continue to hold the position as an executor of Michael Jackson's estate without an investigation is an unethical violation. Therefore, we are respectfully asking that you cease Mr. Branca from his position in Mr. Jackson's estate and perform a thorough investigation on him for fraud & conspiracy.

Executors recently asked for %10 “incentive fee” in addition to the executors fee they are already being paid. Executors recently signed a $250 million contract with Sony Music Entertainment.
Considering the reason for Branca’s termination (receiving money from SONY while representing MJ), Mr Branca’s constant favoring SONY is highly dubious. With this deal, executors made $12.5 million EACH in “incentive fee”.
We fear, Mr Branca will deal Michael’s stake in Sony/ATV Catalog to Sony as well, which Sony was after for decades.

In 2002, Michael Jackson had a fall out with Sony. He announced he wouldn’t renew his
contract.
In return, Sony purposely sabotaged MJ’s Invincible album. Michael let his feelings known about Sony to his fans when he participated in anti-Sony Protests, holding signs such as “Sony Kills Music” “Sony Sucks” “Sony is Phoney”. Mr Jackson, in one of his speeches, called Tommy Mottola of Sony a “devil”. We fans know that if he was alive, Michael Jackson would have never taken his business to Sony. Let alone the unreleased songs that Mr Jackson said belong to
his children. Mr Branca is trying to rewrite the history, making nonsense statements like “Sony & Michael enjoyed a mutually beneficial history”.

I kindly request that you investigate John Branca, John McClain, Howard Weitzman and Judge Mitchell Beckloff who have turned a blind eye to all valid evidence shown to him regarding the veracity of the purported Will. We are positive this alleged Will is forged.

I thank you for your time of consideration and I would genuinely appreciate your prompt response in this matter. The financial legacy for which Michael Jackson worked a lifetime to leave his 3 orphaned children is “managed” by Branca and we do NOT believe he has the well being of the children of Michael Jackson. Please enforce justice for the sake of these children as if they were YOUR children.
