Vi posto la richiesta di charimenti a Ticketmaster per capire in che misura rimborsano nel caso si scelga il biglietto.

We are writing with regards to the tickets you have purchased for the Michael Jackson event at The O2.
Please disregard this email if you have submitted your refund/ticket request in the last 48 hours.
At this time of mourning for Michael Jackson, we are together in our sadness at the loss of one of the greatest entertainers ever.
As announced on 30 June 2009 by AEG Live, Michael Jackson's concert promoters, full refunds are available to you for the ticket(s) you purchased through Ticketmaster for Michael Jackson's 'This Is It' concerts which were to take place at The O2 Arena in London.
These refunds will include all ticket service charges and order processing fees.
Also as announced, you have the option to be sent some or all of the actual tickets you would have received to attend the show instead of the full refunds which are being offered.
The tickets printed with the special lenticular process, were inspired and designed by Michael Jackson for the fans attending his shows. Images of the specially created tickets will be seen here
Premium Tickets / Ticket Packages only:
For those customers who purchased a premium ticket OR purchased a ticket as part of a ticket package, you also have the option either to:
(a) obtain a full refund for the amount you paid for that premium ticket or ticket package; or
(b) to be sent the actual tickets you would have received to attend the show. If you select this second option to be sent your ticket, you will receive a refund of what you have paid for that premium ticket or ticket package less (only) the face value of that ticket (and the order processing fee and relevant service charge for that face value only).
The special offer to receive your actual tickets will remain valid until 23:59 GMT, 14 August 2009.

. Ricevere il biglietto che sarebbe stato valido per assistere allo spettacolo ; qualora si dovesse scegliere questa opzione , si riceverà un importo pari solo al valore nominale del biglietto (Traduzione non perfetta )

Se è come ho capito, nel caso si scelga il biglietto, dovrebbero rimborsare comunque una differenza, ma per capire in quale misura, inviate la mail.
SONO SOLO CHAIRIMENTI, NON CI RIMETTETE NULLA. IO NON LA POSSO INVIARE PERCHE' NON HO PIU' ORDINI ATTIVI.
SE DAVVERO CI TENETE AD OTTENERE QUALCOSA SIATE PIU' COLLABORATIVI. MI PERMETTO PERCHE' HO DOVUTO POSTARE QUESTA COSA IN TRE TOPIC SENZA RICEVERE ALCUNA RISPOSTA, TRA L'ALTRO STO' STUDIANDO GIORNO E NOTTE, MA SE NON VI INTERESSA DITELO CHIARAMENTE.
