Jacko's Ex Will Fight Kids' Testimony

Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe is "hell bent for leather" and will do everything she can to make sure her children do not testify in his child molestation case, sources say.

Sources tell me that Rowe has said she will fight "Michael's continued lunacy" with regard to their children, Prince and Paris.

Prince and Paris were not the only children on the witness list submitted by Jackson's attorney, Tom Mesereau. Also included was the nine-year-old daughter of a longtime Jackson associate and the three-year-old son of one of his former co-managers.

Brando has also told friends he will not let his daughter take the stand.

Rowe is currently in a family court war against Jackson over issues of custody and visitation. She has said that she now wants the children back, and is willing even to take custody of Jackson's youngest child, nicknamed Blanket.

Rowe has not received a monthly alimony payment from Jackson since last summer. He's claiming that she violated her confidentiality agreement with him by giving an interview about her horse-raising business to a TV show. Jackson is also claiming that Rowe gave away her parental rights. The family court judge recently ruled that she hadn't.

The interesting thing about the Jackson defense witness list is that almost none of them have been contacted by the defense or by Jackson himself to ask for their support.

In the meantime, Jackson insiders say he is faking the "illness" that put him in the hospital today.

Jackson did indeed vomit on the way to court yesterday. And during the night before, he complained of not feeling well to his inner circle at Neverland. But there isn't a person in that circle who actually believes he's sick, I am told.

Jackson was hospitalized yesterday for "flu symptoms" which put back the jury selection in his trial for a week.

But no one, and I mean no one, I talked to thinks he has the flu. He's faking it, friends said — and they said it lovingly. They know Michael Jackson, the same guy who gets spider bites and pulls of out of concerts feigning illness.

"I'm surprised it took him this long," said one associate off the record. "I think Elizabeth Taylor taught him this trick. If you don't want to do something, just say you're sick."

The source added, "Michael loves the hospital."

Jackson has a pattern of getting sick during trials. He did it in both 2002 and 2003. Brian Oxman, now Jackson's attorney but back then just a Jackson family media person, commented at the time that Jackson was allergic to appearing in court.

And remember: This column reported exclusively just last week that on April 17, 1999 Jackson checked himself into New York's Lenox Hill Hospital for an overnight stay. The reason was so he could be "re-hydrated" with intravenous fluids. That's the same treatment he's said to be getting now.

Rowe, by the way, is also said to be anxious that Jackson will use faked illnesses involving their children to stop the trial. In June 1999, Jackson used son Prince Michael's viral infection to get out of participating in a concert with Luciano Pavarotti.

La Rowe lotterà con i denti per non far testimoniare i figli (nella lista dei testimoni della difesa) e la continua "stranezza" nel comportamento di michael con i suoi bambini.
Anche altri bambini sono nella lista della difesa, figli di impiegati o persone a lui vicine. Anche Brando ha detto di non voler far testimoniare la figlia.
La Rowe vuole indietro i figli e vuole anche la custodia di "Blanket".
Sembra che la maggior parte delle persone citate come possibili testimoni dalla difesa non siano neanche state informate.
Nel frattempo persone dell'entourage di jackson dicono che sta fingendo la malattia. Ha effettivamente vomitato mentre si stava recando in aula ieri e aveva detto di non sentirsi bene fin dalla sera prima. Ma neanche una persona del suo entourage ci crede.
Nessuno, e sottolineo nessuno, delle persone con cui ho parlato crede a questa cosa. Gli amici dicono che sta fingendo.. lo conoscono, è la stessa persona che viene morsa dai ragni o che si tira indietro dai concerti dicendo che è malato.

Jackson ha molti precedenti di malattie durante i processi... sia nel 2002 che nel 2003. Oxman (adesso legale ma prima solo un portavoce) commento che "Jackson è allergico alle aule di tribunale".
La Rowe è anche preoccupata che Michael finga malattie dei figli per fermare il processo in qualche occasione, come fece per non partecipare al concerto di Pavarotti nel 1999.

noi siamo preoccupatissimi per la salute di michael e sta vipera vedi un pò che si fa uscire dalla bocca, michael è semplicemente una persona fisicamente molto debole.quando tutto questo finirà con il trionfo della verità stapperò delle bottiglie di champagne in piazza alla facciaccia sua.preghiamo solo che michael si rimetta presto

Se fossi una madre, neanke io permetterei ai miei figli d testimoniare x una cosa così grave.

nemmeno io sono vorrei vedere i bimbi in tribunale a testimoniare e magari quella testa di caxxo di t.snedon che gli fa domande immaginate quale .Ma che debbie voglia farci credere di essere una mamma preoccupata mi fa ridere, dopo 8 anni si fa avanti per avere la custodia, vende l'anello per affrontare le spese di avvocati e poi invece va dal chirurgo prima a farsi applicare il trucco permanente poi plastificarsi la facciona invece di levarsi tutta la bodriga che ha addosso insomma secondo me lo fa solo per $$$$$$$$$ non era stata lei a rivelare in un intervista che non voleva nemmeno farsi chiamare mamma? c'e' qualcosa sotto che non mi convince .SI aspettiamola in tribunale a testimoniare contro mike poi ci pensera' il nostro avvocato T.M. a sputanarla sono sicura
