Esattamente come dice Angela, intanto Vi riposto la mail che inviarono a me per farvi capire che se è stato chiesto il rimborso integrale, deve essere tale, altrimenti si può agire legalmente e se lo volete, fatemelo sapere, perchè chi è interessato ad agire individualmente, posto il prototipo dell'atto giudiziario.

At this time of mourning for Michael Jackson, we are together in our sadness at the loss of one of the greatest entertainers ever.
As announced on 30 June 2009 by AEG Live, Michael Jackson's concert promoters, full refunds are available to you for the ticket(s) you purchased through Ticketmaster for Michael Jackson's 'This Is It' concerts which were to take place at The O2 Arena in London.
These refunds will include all ticket service charges and order processing fees.
Also as announced, you have the option to be sent some or all of the actual tickets you would have received to attend the show instead of the full refunds which are being offered.
The tickets printed with the special lenticular process, were inspired and designed by Michael Jackson for the fans attending his shows. Images of the specially created tickets will be seen here
Premium Tickets / Ticket Packages only:
For those customers who purchased a premium ticket OR purchased a ticket as part of a ticket package, you also have the option either to:
(a) obtain a full refund for the amount you paid for that premium ticket or ticket package; or
(b) to be sent the actual tickets you would have received to attend the show. If you select this second option to be sent your ticket, you will receive a refund of what you have paid for that premium ticket or ticket package less (only) the face value of that ticket (and the order processing fee and relevant service charge for that face value only).
The special offer to receive your actual tickets will remain valid until 23:59 GMT, 14 August 2009.

rettifico era un conguaglio sulla mia carta di credito NON era per i biglietti...mi sono sbagliato...scusate...
cmq sta di fatto che se non mi rimborsano INTEGRALMENTE la cifra sborzata sono il primo a fargli causa!!!!e ci dovremmo unire tutti insieme...non possono passarla liscia...mi sono stufato..e cmq hanno sfruttato michael anche dopo la sua morte!!!!!

ps io sono uno degli "sfigati" a cui hanno spostato le date del tour..
ho chiesto il rimborso e mi hanno ridato fino all'ultimo centesimo!!
spero che si comportino cosi' anche con questi.
