ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto ne biglietti ne rimborso.....devo preoccuparmi???
l email che mi hanno mandato e stata questa:

Please note that if a card company or bank does not allow us to transfer money to the account information given, the refund would have been stopped and failed. This did not occur. The refund was sent, and accepted. This means the money has been accepted by either your bank or your card company and is not in our possession anymore. As such, we also cannot take the refund back because we now no longer have any hold over your account.

As the money is now with either your bank or your card provider, please contact them both to ask where the money is. Alternatively, you can first wait until you receive your next credit card bill, as this may reflect the refund already.
