    Ragazzi io avevo fatto l'acquisto con carta di credito.
    Ormai saranno piu di quindici giorni che ho effettuato la richiesta di rimborso... ancora niente.
    Ma come dobbiamo fare per veder se mi hanno restituito i soldi o comunque vedere quando le restituiscono?
    Uff non ci capisco piu niente.. mi aiutate per favore?

    Ragazzi è importante quello che sto per scrivere...datemi una mano:

    Circa 2 settimane fa ho richiesto dei souvenir tickets da ticketmaster grazie all'aiuto di fan82...oggi vado a dare un'occhiata nell'ordine dei miei biglietti su ticketmaster(quelli che ho richiesto "SOUVENIR")e c'è scritto questo : There are problems with your submission

    per prima cosa ragazzi state attenti
    avendo pagato con carta di credito il rimborso viene fatto sulla carta di credito, quindi significa che quando vi arriverò il rimborso lo vedrete sui movimenti della vostra carta di credito, non sui movimenti del vostro conto corrente

    Quindi prima di dire "non arriva" controllate bene, se ne avete la possibilità, i movimenti giornalieri della vostra carta di credito...

    Beatit, invece di chiederlo a noi, contatta ticketmaster e chiedi a loro, sicuramente ne sanno più di noi

    A me sono arrivati € 199 per il rimborso dei 2 biglietti che avevo acquistato. Non ho chiesto il souvenir.

    Ragazzi in effetti anche io avevo fatto l'errore di visualizzare il conto in banca invece dovete controllare i movimenti della carta.
    Io ho fatto la richiesta il 30 giugno e sono stato rimborsato il 17 luglio, c'ho anche guadagnato 15€ col cambio di oggi piu alto rispetto a quello di marzo :D
