MJ Fires The Nation of Islam

Michael Jackson is ending his relationship with the Nation of Islam, sources tell Foxnews.com. Jackson has apparently decided, in the wake of firing his lead attorneys over the weekend, to also get rid of his controversial recent "business manager" Leonard Muhammad, son-in-law of Louis Farrakhan.

The change in Jackson's camp reflects the sudden rise to power of Michael's brother Randy — and his own advisor, Brian Oxman — who have gained leverage with the singer of late. It was Randy and Oxman who engineered the hiring of Thomas Meserau as Jackson's new lead attorney in his child molestation case. One of Meserau's requirements in taking the job was that MJ rid himself of the NOI. But it won't be so easy to get rid of Muhammad. According to my sources, he is resisting Jackson's decision.

"He won't go without a fight," said one source.

Indeed, Muhammad was telling at least some people last night that he was still working with Jackson even though it was clear that he was out.

Jackson's house cleaning of lawyers and security may not stop there. Late last night there was also talk that he was planning to drop his current publicist Raymone Bain. This would be wise since this woman has yet to give a straight answer or give one true statement to the press since taking over from Jackson's much admired PR guy Stuart Backerman.

So what's going on? "Michael wants to get back to where things used to be," is how one insider put it last night. "He wants to go home to Neverland, back to his community in Santa Barbara and get back to his life."

That would be sensible, although Michael Jackson is not known for that trait. He's leaving the Orlando mansion he rented, and on July 1st he has to leave the Beverly Hills estate for which he plunked down $700,000. That lease will be up at the end of June and Jackson could stand to stop spending money for a while.

The big question is how will all these changes affect Friday's arraignment in Santa Maria? We'll know more tomorrow.


Praticamente si dice che Michael avrebbe chiuso anche il rapporto col NOI.Questi cambiamenti sarebbero dovuti alla "presa di potere" del fratello Randy e del suo Avvocato di lunga data Oxman.Il problema sarà,ora,allontanare il Leader del NOI,Muhammad che vuole cercare di lottare prima di far finire un rapporto così importante per Loro.Inoltre si dice che Michael potrebbe allontanare anche R.Bayne.Tutti qs. cambiamenti sarebbero stati fatti, perchè Michael vorrebbe tornare a Neverland e riprendere la sua vita normale e avere totale controllo della situazione.

prima dice che non vuole più tornare a neverland e poi dice che i vuole tornare, prima sta con NOI e poi non ci vuole più stare... vabbè che neverland è casa sua ed è difficile staccarcisi però caspita, rimanere fermo su una decisione no eh?

Lo hai sentito dire da Mike che vuole tornare a Neverland?
Ragazzi, se è vero che un uomo è innocente fino a prova contraria, anche una notizia semplice deve considerarsi non attendibile finchè non viene ne confermata ne smentita.
Non lo dico solo x questo caso ma ho notato che abboccate a tutto quello che sentite.
Dico, un pò di sano senso critico e della misura no è?
Non è diretto a te Jacksoniana, ma a tutti, come un monito per riuscire a sostenere queste fasi delicate della vita di Michael.
Ve lo dice una fan vecchietta e veterana.
Specie ora che ci sarà un processo non credete alle cose che dice il primo che passa, perchè se Michael vuole farci sapere qualcosa di importante lo fà prendendo carta penna e calamaio o direttamente dalla sua boccuccia, come oggi!
Quindi prima di dargli del lunatico abbiate la bontà di sapere attendere lo sviluppo delle cose.
E' un consiglio maturato sulla mia pelle e non solo per quanto riguarda Michael!
