Three pals (amici) of Michael Jackson, are "uncharged co-conspirators" (sn stati giudicati nn colpevoli di cospirazione) in the indictment (udienza) that accused the pop star of child molestation.
Mark Shaffel, Dieter Wiesner and Ronald Konitzer are named (kiamati) with the earlier-reported Jackson aides (ad aiutare) Frank Tyson and Vincent Amen, as alleged co-conspirators (complici alla cospirazione), the Daily News has learned. Tyson and Amen allegedly held (?) Jackson's accuser, his mom and her other kids against their will at the Neverland Ranch to keep them quiet. The two deny (smentiscono) the allegations. While Shaffel, Wiesner and Konitzer, not charged (nn accusati), aided (sostengono) the conspiracy of abduct (conspirazione di sequestro?), falsely imprison and extort the accuser, the indictment alleges.
The trio could not be reached for comment last night. Their names were redacted when the indictment was unsealed April 30. They are "lesser players" who allegedly helped Jackson after a Feb. 6, 2003, documentary showed him palling around with the then 13-year-old accuser, sources said. After the documentary aired, Shaffel, who once made gay porn films, allegedly taped the boy and his family saying Jackson was okay.
