Back to Neverland for Jackson after charges

Michael Jackson will return to his Neverland ranch after the expected child sex abuse charges are filed against him, his spokeswoman said.

Jackson is heading back to his California home "to spend time with his family".

A formal felony criminal complaint will be filed against Jackson at Santa Barbara County Superior Court in Santa Maria, California, later in connection with allegations that he sexually molested a teenage cancer survivor.

His British spokeswoman denied reports that Jackson was heading to London this weekend after the authorities returned his passport. She said: "Michael Jackson will be at Neverland this weekend spending time with his family."
Jackson has spent the past month at an undisclosed location, believed to be Las Vegas, on bail of nearly £2 million.

The star was arrested and booked on suspicion of "multiple counts" of "lewd and lascivious conduct with a child under 14". He is expected to respond with a statement to fans on his website.

After his arrest, the one-time King of Pop called the accusations a "big lie".

Jackson is due to appear before a court in California on January 9.

Because of the level of media interest in the case a special information website has been set up by the District Attorney's office. The office has even appointed a public relations firm to handle the volume of inquiries.

Jackson's Neverland ranch was searched last month after a complaint by a 14-year-old that he had been

molested by the star. Jackson surrendered to police on November 20 and was led into a Santa Barbara sheriff's office, before having his mug shot taken.

A verissimo (non che sia attendibile) hanno appena detto che andava in inghilterra...forse i portavoce smentiscono per non avere gente fra le palle (tipo noi )
