Many have wondered how the previously unreleased What More Can I Give has suddenly come online, but an answer now has seemingly been found. MJBrasil from the Dotmusic Michael Jackson forum (who has many unreleased Michael tracks/demos from the Dangerous sessions and seems a reliable) had this to say when asked if it would be released...
Good news.
I was on the phone until a few minutes ago, and it seems the version available on the net is from a promo CD single that has just been sent to radio stations... That means that YES, the song is being released in a few days.
Promotional singles are often released to radio stations around 4-6 weeks before a release. As this is the 15th August (at the time of writing), it is nearly 4 weeks to the one year anniversary of September 11th...would this indicate a release coinciding with the one year anniversary
An another note, he also commented that in the next day or two an unreleased tracks from the Invincible sessions will come online, the track, Soldier's Entrance was produced and written solely by Michael, and features "Uptempo, hallucinating vocals, FX sound effect. Nothing compares to it."
