The owner of the home where Michael Jackson died is suing a woman who is selling maps to movie stars' homes ... just feet from the MJ house.
Linda Welton has become semi-famous for anyone who drives on Sunset Blvd. in the fancy area where MJ rented the house. She's done a booming business since Michael died, in no small part because she's selling the maps in plain view of the MJ home.
In the lawsuit ... obtained by TMZ ... the owners of the now-infamous 100 North Carolwood Drive claims they can't sell the house because "Potential buyers are bothered upon approach by the quite visible and annoying constant illegal stopping and/or parking of cars in front of the home on what otherwise would be a quiet residential street."
The owners -- Hubert and Roxanne Guez -- claim their property value has plummeted because of the stream of traffic, Linda's lawn chair, coolers and large patio umbrella, and the illegally parked cars. They also allege Linda is violating the law by essentially having a newsstand on a street corner.
Linda claims she's running the same business her mom did, and her mom already went to court and won a lawsuit giving her the right to sell the maps. Linda thinks the current case is nothing more than harassment.
Here's the problem with the lawsuit ...The way we see it, even if Linda went away, there would still be a steady stream of cars loaded with people who want to see where Michael died.

Linda Welton è diventata semi-famosa per chi percorre il Sunset Boulevard. nella zona dove MJ aveva affittato la casa. Ha fatto un business fiorente poiché Michael è morto, in gran parte perché lei sta vendendo le mappe in plain view della casa di MJ.
Nella querela... ottenuta da TMZ... i proprietari della proprietà al 100 North Carolwood Drive ora non possono vendere la casa perché "i potenziali acquirenti sono infastiditi da un approccio ben visibile, fastidioso, costante e illegale arresto e/o parcheggio delle auto davanti la casa in quella che altrimenti sarebbe una tranquilla via residenziale."
I proprietari - Hubert e Roxanne Guez - sostengono che il valore della proprietà è crollato a causa del flusso di traffico, della sedia sul prato di Linda, dei refrigeratori, dell’ombrello, dell’ampio patio e delle auto parcheggiate illegalmente. Esse sostengono anche Linda sta violando la legge avendo essenzialmente un'edicola su un angolo della strada.
Linda sostiene che lei fa la stessa attività che ha fatto la sua mamma, e sua mamma era già andata davanti ad una Corte e aveva vinto una causa che le dava il diritto di vendere le mappe. Linda pensa che il caso attuale non sono altro che molestie.
Qui è il problema con la querela...in questa strada, anche se Linda va via, ci sarebbe ancora un flusso costante di automobili con le persone che vogliono vedere dove Michael è morto.

The woman who has made a bundle selling star maps near the home where Michael Jackson died has been ordered to move her operation -- folding chair and all.
Linda Welton had a booming business after MJ died, servicing a steady stream of tourists who created a perilous line on Sunset Blvd. to buy maps from her.
Welton set up shop just feet from the house where MJ passed, and the owners of the estate sued her ... claiming they couldn't sell the property because Welton had created such a nuisance and safety hazard.
A judge has now ruled Welton must move her business ... but all is not lost. The judge said Welton could sell her maps down the block, but the problem is that the new location is not visible from Sunset Blvd. .... which is how she gets much of her business.
The ruling doesn't solve all of the property owner's problems, because convoys of tour buses descend on the estate daily.

Linda Welton ha avuto un settore in espansione dopo che MJ è morto, la manutenzione di un flusso costante di turisti che hanno creato una linea pericolosa sul Sunset Boulevard per acquistare le mappe da lei.
Welton ha aperto un negozio a pochi metri dalla casa in cui MJ è morto, ed i proprietari della tenuta le fecero causa ... sostenendo che non potevano vendere la proprietà, perché la Welton aveva creato un tale fastidio e pericolo per la sicurezza.
Un giudice ha ora stabilito che la Welton deve spostare la sua attività ... ma non tutto è perduto. Il giudice ha detto che la Welton potrebbe vendere le sue mappe in fondo all'isolato, ma il problema è che la nuova posizione non è visibile da Sunset Boulevard. .... che è come toglierle gran parte della sua attività.
La sentenza non risolve tutti i problemi del proprietario, perché convogli di autobus turistici scendono davanti alla proprietà tutti i giorni.
