Dear viagogo customer,
Following AEG Live´s announcement that four performances for Michael Jackson´s residency at London´s O2 arena will be postponed (new schedule detailed below), viagogo would like to inform you of the arrangements it has put in place for viagogo customers who have purchased tickets for these performances.
Rescheduled Performances:
8th July 2009 will be moved to the 13th July 2009, which will now become opening night
10th July 2009 will be moved to 1st March 2010
12th July 2009 will be moved to 3rd March 2010
14th July 2009 will be moved to 6th March 2010
Fans that have purchased tickets to the rescheduled shows on viagogo have the following three options:
1. Keep their tickets and attend the rescheduled performance on the new date. All tickets purchased will be valid for the new date.
2. Choose tickets for an alternative performance date from the list of options provided, at no additional cost
3. Receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price and related service fees.
