1. Registration for the opportunity receive a code ("pin code") giving access to a ticket "presale" window for purchasing tickets for Michael Jackson at The O2, London (the "Promotion") is open from 09:00 GMT 5 March 2009 until 06:59 GMT 13 March 2009.
2. The Promotion is being run by AEG Live (UK) Limited, 29 Great Guildford Street, London SE1 0ES (the "Promoter").
3. The Promotion is only open via SMS for UK resident mobile users. Non-UK residents can register via email by visiting www.michaeljacksonlive.com.
4. An SMS to 81707 costs 10/12p per message, dependent on your network. Response messages from the Promoter will be free of charge to the end user.
5. The presale window is open from 07:00 GMT 11 March 2009 to 06:59 GMT 13 March 2009.
6. Registering for the Promotion is NOT a guarantee of being able to purchase tickets or to receive a pin code for the presale. There are only a limited number of pin codes available and registering does not guarantee you will receive one. Tickets are also limited and receipt of a pin code does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase a ticket.
7. If you receive a pin code, the message will also include instructions on how to redeem it in order to gain access to purchase presale tickets.
8. General onsale starts at 07:00 GMT 13 March 2009 at which point the presale window shall close and all pin codes automatically shall expire and shall no longer be redeemable.
9. If you receive a pin code but do not redeem it within the presale window, the Promoter has no responsibility or obligation to honour the code or provide a refund of any charges incurred.
10. No more than one pin code will be issued per person. Pin codes can only be used once be used once and the maximum ticket purchase is 4 per person. Any duplicate bookings will be cancelled. For further ticketing terms and conditions see www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
11. Your mobile number may be used for future marketing promotions by the Promoter but will not be passed on to third parties. You can opt out at any time after registering by sending STOP to 81707. 12. If you experience any problems with the SMS service please email: info@aeglive.co.uk or call 0844 991 0015 between 09:00 and 17:00 GMT. Calls are charged at local rate from a landline (mobile costs may vary).
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for messages or pin codes not received or delivered for any reason.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time and shall not be liable for doing so.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, neither the Promoter nor any of its directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for any loss or damages (whether direct or indirect and whether caused by negligence or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the materials in and/or facilities or services offered through the site, including, but not limited to, indirect, special or consequential loss or damages, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties (even if the Promoter has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable). In particular, the Promoter has no liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with: you not receiving a pin code for any reason, your inability to redeem a pin code or purchase tickets, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or communication line failure in relation to the Promotion.
