In una mossa sorprendente e alquanto inaspettata, anche per la contemporaneità della cosa, Paul e Trish (MsTenda) presidenti e fondatori rispettivamente di MJNO e MJJForum, hanno rassegnato le loro dimissioni! [SM=g27825]
Entrambi per motivi di lavoro.

Ecco i loro comunicati.

Paul/MJNO

Members,

Thank you for your support of MJ News Online over the past 4 years. I announce that it is time for me to move on, and devote my time to my home life, and upcoming Web development company.

My departure does not mark my decline in fandom for Michael Jackson, or my love for all of you - this I want to make clear. Michael is the King of Pop, and MJNO is a tribute to him, and his fans - you.

MJNO was originally called "MJNEWS", and I started it up in 2002, wanting only to have my own cool Michael Jackson Web site. Since, it has reached new heights, and is presently the most popular, and active Michael discussion site on the internet.

My aim was simple: make the fans happy. What would the fans like, what do they want to see? As a fan, I could have either waited for something I liked, or built it myself.

Of course, MJNO is not just a site. I organized a "Fan Coach" in 2005, to take fans to my friend Thijs' "European Jackson Event", and since have produced two events of my own, the "UNBREAKABLE Party" and "VISIONARY Party".

Also, I have produced two issues of "ontheline Magazine" - there hadn't been a regularly produced Michael Jackson fan magazine in a while, and like the events, I just thought it would be a cool thing to do, that you guys might like - and I believe you do.

MJNO, like MJJF, is not a business. We run this site from the heart, we gain nothing from your membership, and ask for nothing in return. I believe sites like ours have spoiled the fan community - in a good way, and as equally in a bad way.

In addition to moving on with my life, I must be honest in stating that I no longer can bare the financial, and emotional strain that MJNO puts on me. I was always happy to do the site, to pay for it, but I must admit that my passion for the task has declined over the last year or so - for various reasons.

The fact is I must move on, and I am leaving MJ News Online. There will be no further MJNO events, nor will there be any further issues of our magazine.

What will remain, though is the board. I simply cannot leave you guys "homeless", and so many of you are very loving, kind and friendly people - I created MJNO for you.

I am handing the board down to our moderator team here, who will do a fine job from here on out. And I'll be checking back from time to time, I can never be totally gone.

There isn't much more I'll say. But I will ask that you respect, and show thanks for those that will be running MJNO after my departure. Like me, they get absolutely nothing from what they do here - they do it for you, and they don't have to.

Without them, there is no MJNO. Without people like them, there isn't anything freely and readily available for the fan community. Please don't take for granted.

This all has been one hell of a ride for me. So many ups, and so many downs - so many relationships formed, and so many things I can never forget.

My "official" resignment shall be effective by December 1st. No longer will I be the MJ News Online Fanclub President.

Much love.

PS: ontheline subscription refunds will be processed from Dec. 1st. If you wish to enquire about ontheline, email: ontheline@mjnewsonline.com. MJWMA Fan Party refunds are currently being processed, please email mjwmas@hotmail.co.uk for information about that.

MsTenda/MJJforum

Hey all,

For the past 5 years, I've been fortunate and honored to lead MJJForum and let me tell you, it's been a blast! Through all the ups and downs, the heartaches, heart breaks and triumphs, it's been a journey that I'll never forget nor regret.

But every journey comes to a slow down, detour, or full stop. For me, my journey has come to an end as president of MJJForum. This will be effective Dec. 1st, 2006

I will always support Michael Jackson and I wish him the very best in everything he does. My support for Michael Jackson will never end. I'll always love MJ and be a Mike Jack support and friend for life. So please don't think I'm stepping down because of Michael. I'm stepping down from MJJForum because my company is blowin' up and taking the majority of my time now. Also, my personal life is REALLY good right now lol *wink* so it's just time for me to move on. So I will support Michael from a far and always wish and hope for the best.

I won't be as active in the community and on the board anymore. I simply do not have the time to do it. I will be there for the staff when they need guidance and will pop in from time to time to say hi to you all. This I promise! But I simply cannot commit to MJJForum the way I used to.

The future of MJJForum remains in your hands. Keep visiting and keep posting! Most of all, SUPPORT your MJ community. MJJForum will always thrive as long as you all are here. Appreciate the hard work that it takes to keep Michael's legacy and community alive! Check out Em-Jay's videos/MJJFtv and listen to MJJF Radio. Be proactive and continue to fight for fair and accurate media coverage regarding Michael. Respect the rules of this forum and visit the main site more. Speaking of the main site, there will be some changes made to it and will be announced very soon. The future is very exciting for MJJForum and I will see the implementation of the new site through. Minnie, Gary, Perri, Cookie Monsta and ChiChi will remain Sr. Staff and will lead this community with the respect and integrity that you all have come to expect from MJJForum.

I just want to thank each and every member here for making this a memorable journey for me. I'll never forget you guys at all.

Love,

Trish
