Michael Jackson Releases Statement

Friday, Jackson issued a brief statement denying rumors he said recently surfaced that a "rift" has developed between himself, members of his family and the Nation of Islam, whose members have been providing him security.
"Let me state for the record, this is not true. There is no 'rift,'" Jackson said.
"If my friends love me as much as they've indicated, then they'd do me a great favor by not being so eager to air their personal concerns about me in the media, which will avoid causing me further embarrassment," he added.

Neverland Raid: Michael Cried
I guess former Michael Jackson manager Dieter Wiesner has given a TV interview airing Sunday night regarding the day Neverland was raided by the police.
Let me tell you what I know.
According to my sources, Jackson — who was in Las Vegas and clueless that the raid was imminent — cried when he was told about the search warrant.
“He was very down at first,” my source says, “but after four hours or so, with the helicopters circling and press calling, he toughened up. He said, let’s bring [the accuser] into a room to face me, with photographers present. Then he will have to tell the truth.”
My source also claims that two of the computers seized at Neverland were brand new and never used. They’d been purchased by Wiesner and had no information on them.
More to come, without a doubt, as Jackson is said to be considering some kind of weekend appearance at a Grammy festivity. I know which one, but why spoil the fun? In the meantime, Michael is said to have been traveling around the Los Angeles area with brother Randy Jackson, not to be confused with "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson.

INCURSIONE A NEVERLAND: MICHAEL HA PIANTO
Credo che il primo manager di Michael Jackson Dieter Wiesner ha concesso un’intervista televisiva che andrà in onda domenica sera e che riguarda il giorno in cui a Neverland c’è stata l’incursione della polizia.
Fatemi raccontare quello che so.
Secondo le mie fonti, Jackson -che si trovava a Las Vegas e all’oscuro dell’imminente
incursione- ha pianto quando gli è stato detto del mandato di perquisizione.
“ Era molto giù all’inizio” dicono le mie fonti,”ma dopo 4 ore o quasi “ con gli elicotteri che volavano sopra di noi e la stampa che chiamava, si è preso di coraggio (ostinato).Ha detto “portiamo l’accusatore in una stanza,davanti a me ,davanti ai fotografi presenti. Lì, poi, dovrà dire la verità”.
La mia fonte dichiara anche che i due computers sequestrati a Neverland erano nuovissimi e non erano mai stati usati. Erano stati acquistati da Wiesner e non c’era nessuna informazione dentro.
Si dice inoltre che Michael stia considerando una apparizione alla festa dopo i Grammy Awards e che sia stato visto in giro per Los Angeles in compagnia del fratello Randy Jackson.

Seized Jackson Computers Under Analysis

LOS ANGELES - A dozen hard drives from computers seized at Michael Jackson (news)'s Neverland ranch and elsewhere are being analyzed, according to a motion filed Friday by prosecutors in the pop star's child molestation case.
The motion asked Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville to seal the search warrants and affidavits that would explain what data were being sought from the computers. Prosecutors also asked for the sealing of documents that will be filed once the search is completed.
Jackson is charged with seven counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 and two counts of giving the child an "intoxicating agent." He pleaded innocent Jan. 16 in Melville's court in Santa Maria.
The prosecution motion said hard drives were taken from three computers seized during a Nov. 18 search of Jackson's home and property. It also indicated that hard drives were taken from an unspecified address in Los Angeles County.
Deputy District Attorney Gerald McC. Franklin said in the motion that the information set out in the search warrant affidavit is privileged because it involves an investigation of child molestation.
The document said the warrant for further inspection of the hard drives was issued Feb. 2. Normally search warrants become public record 10 days after they are executed.
The motion is set to be argued at Jackson's next pretrial hearing Feb. 13.
In other action Friday, the judge denied media requests for cameras to be admitted to the courtroom at the Feb. 13 hearing. Melville barred cameras from Jackson's arraignment, but he was asked by a group of news organizations, including The Associated Press, to reconsider his ruling for the pretrial hearing.
I COMPUTERS SEQUESTRATI DI MICHAEL JACKSON SOTTO ESAME.
LOS ANGELES: Una dozzina di dischi fissi presi dai computers sequestrati al Neverland Ranch di Michael Jackson e altrove sono sotto analisi,secondo una proposta ordinata Venerdi dagli avvocati dell’accusa,nel caso di molestie su minori.
La mozione ha chiesto al giudice della contea di Santa Barbara Rodney Melville di sigillare l’ordine di perquisizione e la dichiarazione scritta e giurata che spiegherebbe
quali dati sono stati cercati dai computers. Gli avvocati querelanti hanno chiesto pure

Jackson è accusato di 7 accuse per atti lascivi ad un ragazzino di 14 anni e 2 accuse per aver somministrato una “sostanza intossicante”. Il 16 Gennaio lui si è dichiarato innocente davanti a Melville,giudice del tribunale di Santa Maria.
La mozione dell’accusa ha detto che i dischi fissi sono stati presi da tre computers durante la perquisizione della casa e della proprietà di Jackson. Si indica anche che i dischi fissi fossero presi da un indirizzo sconosciuto nella contea di Los Angeles.
Il vice avvocato del distretto Gerald Mc C.Franklin ha detto nella mozione che l’informazione stabilita nell’ordine di perquisizione la dichiarazione giurata è privilegiata perchè coinvolge l’indagine sulla molestia su minore.
Il documento diceva che è il 2 febbraio è stato emesso il mandato per una ulteriore ispezione dei computers.Normalmente il mandato di perquisizione diventa pubblico 10 giorni dopo che viene eseguito.
La mozione verrà discussa alla prossima pre-udienza il 13 Febbraio.
Inoltre Venerdi,il giudice ha negato alle richieste dei media che fossero ammesse telecamere in aula all’udienza del 13 Febbraio. Melville ha vietato le telecamere sin dalla presentazione di Jackson,ma gli è stato chiesto da un gruppo di nuove organizzazioni,incluse l’Associated Press,di riconsiderare la sua decisione per l’udienza pre-processo.

GERALDO SPOKE WITH MICHAEL ON THE PHONE.
Geraldo got to speak to MJ from his bedroom. He said that MJ was sleepy. He asked MJ how he was feeling, MJ said that he was "depressed". He has hired a new spokesperson ( a woman), this new spokes person helped to get the chat with MJ and Geraldo.
MJ said that he may come to the Grammy after parties cos he has been invited to mingle with her peers..not quite sure if he will attend the event itself...Geraldo was so excited to speak to MJ he forgot to ask about Janet ( I don't blame him). MJ is sick and tired of the folks claiming to be family friends speaking for him on the NOI crap. Lenard Mohammed is still with him. MJ said that the NOI is still his security but he uses different securities depending on the occassion. The NOI will have a limited role cos he will not be making public appearances alot, they will be used when he makes big appearances. He has known Farakkahna since he was 16 years old. MJ said that the DA is trying to break him that is why all these fabrications are out against him, he is a target.. A representative will be coming on Geraldo to speak for MJ tonight on Geraldo.

Geraldo ha parlato con Michael dalla sua stanza. Ha detto che Michael era molto assonnato. Gli ha chiesto come si sentiva. Michael ha detto di essere “depresso”. Ha assunto un nuovo portavoce (una donna). Questa nuova portavoce ha coadiuvato la chiacchierata fra Michael e Geraldo.
MJ ha detto che potrebbe presenziare alla festa post Grammy perché era stato invitato per mescolarsi fra i suoi simili….non è sicuro se presenzierà allo stesso evento….Geraldo era così eccitato di parlare con Michael Jackson che si è dimenticato di chiedere di Janet.
Michael è disgustato e stanco della gente che dichiara di essere amica di famiglia e che parla per conto di lui sulle balle riguardanti la Nation of Islam. Leonard Mohammed è ancora con lui. MJ ha detto che la NOI fa ancora parte della sua sicurezza,ma che usa diverse sicurezze a seconda delle occasioni. La NOI avrà un ruolo limitato perché lui non farà molte uscite pubbliche,li userà quando farà uscite pubbliche importanti.
Conosce Farakkahna da quando aveva 16 anni. MJ ha detto che il procuratore distrettuale sta facendo di tutto per distruggerlo ecco perché stanno venendo fuori tutte queste storie contro di lui, è un bersaglio.
Un rappresentante verrà alla trasmissione di Geraldo per parlare per conto di Michael.
