Xonger signs production deal with Joe Jackson for reality show!

Hollywood, CA- Xonger Global Network has signed a production deal with legendary music icon Joe Jackson. The show will chronicle the life of Mr. Jackson, along with his business associate and right hand man, Eddie Earl Jones, aka “Eddie Earl”.

The show will follow Joe and Eddie Earl as he manages and develops his stable of new artists while juggling his many new business ventures, including a new media content distribution deal, a record label, and a new clothing line called Hayvenhurst, named after the family estate in Encino, CA.

Pre-production is set to take place in April 2008 and will be shot between Las Vegas and Los Angeles. “I am honored to be working with a man I am so impressed by. The show is tentatively titled “Meet Joe Jackson” and that is exactly what it will do, introduce us to the man who put together one of the biggest musical groups in history”, says Mark Brown, executive producer and director of the show. Brown is responsible for the highest box office grossing urban franchise ever produced, “Barbershop”, and is currently the Executive Producer of “Baldwin Hills”, the number one rated show on the BET network.

Forse sul network Xonger potrebbe apprire un reality TV che parla proprio di Joe JAckson, il padre di Michael, per scoprire chi è veramente il tanto chiaccherato manager dei Jackson 5, chiarendo falsità e rumor sulla sua vita.

La società Xonger Global Network ha appena firmato un contratto con Joe Jackson per realizzare un reportage televisivo sulla sua vita, provvisoriamente intitolato "Meet Joe Jackson". La preproduzione comincerà in Aprile di quest'anno e le riprese avranno luogo a Los Angeles e Las Vegas.

In questo pseudoreality potremo vedere come Joe ed il suo braccio destro, Eddie Earl Jones, gestiscano le loro numerose imprese, fra le quali un label musicale e la futura linea di vestiti "Hayvenhurst" (vedi news del 30/09/07 )

Mark Brown, produttore esecutivo, ha dichiarato: " Sono molto onorato di lavorare con un uomo che mi impressiona cosi tanto. La trasmissione si chiamerà per il momento Meet Joe Jackson ed é esattamente quello di cui si tratterà. Presenteremo l'uomo che ha messo in piedi [con i Jackson 5] uno dei più grandi gruppi della storia della musica.".
