ET's own BOB GOEN sat down this week with SHANA MANGATAL, a woman who says she had an "intimate relationship" with Jackson for several years. Shana met Jackson when he was a client of the management company she worked at from 1990 to 1997.

"He came in for a meeting once and that's when we first met and it was instant sparks," Shana tells Bob. "When I first saw him, I was instantly in love and I felt like he felt the same way. He's a very flirtatious man so I had every indication he was attracted to me."

Shana says the two developed a very close relationship on the phone; he would call her three or four times a day. Then when she was invited to appear in his short film 'Ghost,' they developed a more "intimate" relationship. "It was a close, personal relationship," she says. "He's a normal man, a red-blooded man. He loves women and I wish people could see that about him."

Shana says she spoke to Michael frequently during the '93 scandal where he was first accused of sexually molesting a minor. "He was never the same after that," she says. "You could sense a sadness in his eyes." In responding to the current allegations of improper actions with minors, Shana says, "There's nothing sexual going on. I just wish people could understand that. He just wants to be around the children for inspiration. They're his greatest inspiration. That's how he writes songs, from the children."
