Refund Policy
AEG Live (UK) Ltd, concert promoters, announced that full refunds will be available to fans who purchased tickets through authorised agents for any of the 50 Michael Jackson 'This Is It' concerts which were to take place at The O2 Arena in London.
These refunds will include all ticket service charges. To obtain a refund. please go to
www.Michaeljacksonlive.com and click Ticket Info on the right hand side of the page (Please view attachment below). All requests for refunds or souvenir tickets must be made via this website.
Please note all refunds must be made to the original card used at point of purchase.
The refunds will be processed by each of the authorised ticket agencies including Ticketmaster.
It was also announced that fans will have the option to be sent the actual tickets they would have received to attend the shows in lieu of the full refunds which are being offered the tickets printed with the special lenticular process, were inspired and designed by Michael Jackson for the fans attending his shows.

The special offer to receive the actual tickets that the purchaser would have received to attend 'This is It' will remain valid thru 23:59 GMT, 14th August 2009.
For all bookings including package bookings, if you have selected the second option to receive your ticket(s) we will only charge you for the face value of the ticket(s), the order processing fee and the service charge. The remaining balance will be refunded to your Credit or Debit card used at the time of booking.

All refunds will be processed as soon as possible, please allow up to 21 days upon completion of this request. Can my refund be paid on to a different card?
In accordance with the card processing rules laid out by our Merchant Services provider, all refunds must be issued to the original card used to make the booking. If your card is no longer in use, you would need to contact your card issuer who will be holding the funds. They can then arrange payment to a new account.
What if I change my mind about receiving a refund or souvenir ticket?
