RICHIESTA CHIARIMENTI COSTO BIGLIETTO

ma il mio post l'avete letto ?? !!

come ve lo devo dire che ho scelto la famosa opzione (che tutti mi dicevate in un altro topic "vazquez ti stai sbagliando") del biglietto più il rimborso !!
mi hanno dato 13 euro su 117 !!
mi hanno fregato !!
mi hanno fatto pagare il biglietto quasi per il costo intero !!
e ancora cè il riskio che nn mi arrivano nemmeno a casa !!
e spero che nn vi facciate fegare anke voi !!
sgliete il rimborso totale e nn la "famosa opzione"(che nn èil bilgietto senza rimborso come sempre avete detto !! se no la presa per il culo era troppo evidente.. nn potevano farlo !!
e ke cavolo !!
io contro l'intera comunity....

Ma infatti è proprio per questo che ho consigliato di inviare la mail per chi non ha ancora mosso nulla.
Dovranno pur cadere nel tranello!

secondo me era chiaro fin dall'inizio sul sito c'e' scritto chi si puoi chiedere il biglietto in cambio del rimborso!!!!altrimenti dove starebbe il loro guadagno?!!!

Secondo me quello si riferisce ai thriller package...ovvero dice che:

Se selezioni questa seconda opzione per farti inviare i tuoi biglietti tu riceverai un rimborso di quello che hai pagato per il premium ticket o per il pacchetto MENO il valore del biglietto (e le spese di spedizione e altre spese rilevanti)

Quindi questo significa che chi ha il package e chiede il rimborso avrà i soldi indietro tranne quelle del biglietto (più spese).

scusate ragazzi a me sono arrivati solo 25 euro di rimborso dopo che ho chiesto di avere solo uno dei 2 biglietti che avevo preso per il costo di 226 euro totali.ora se uno l ho preso come ricordo,la meta'dell'altro biglietto dovrebbe essere rimborsata?ma nn è stato cosi,mi sapete dire il perche'?nn ci capiscopiu'nulla.cmqe li scrivo a sti imbroglioni bastardi.ciao e grazie.

Non so , a me sembra di aver tradotto bene la frase incriminata , più la riguardo più mi pare giusta ..

questa frase si riferisce SOLO per i biglietti VIP e i pacchetti vari, NON (a mio avviso) ai biglietti normali

quindi ripeto, a me è parso chiaro... purtroppo o biglietto o rimborso (e a quanto pare chi ha preso il biglietto ha comunque un piccolo rimborso)

girovagando sul sito di Tiketmaster ho trovato queste delucidazioni per quanto riguarda i biglietti acquistati per i concerti di Michael :


Refund Policy

AEG Live (UK) Ltd, concert promoters, announced that full refunds will be available to fans who purchased tickets through authorised agents for any of the 50 Michael Jackson 'This Is It' concerts which were to take place at The O2 Arena in London.


These refunds will include all ticket service charges. To obtain a refund. please go to www.Michaeljacksonlive.com and click Ticket Info on the right hand side of the page (Please view attachment below). All requests for refunds or souvenir tickets must be made via this website.


Please note all refunds must be made to the original card used at point of purchase.


The refunds will be processed by each of the authorised ticket agencies including Ticketmaster.


It was also announced that fans will have the option to be sent the actual tickets they would have received to attend the shows in lieu of the full refunds which are being offered the tickets printed with the special lenticular process, were inspired and designed by Michael Jackson for the fans attending his shows.
