I write you to have some informations about Michael Jackson ticket collection at the venue.

I am leaving Italy a week before the concert on 6th July and probably my tickets will not arrive in time.

Also, I asked Ticketmaster to arrange for ticket collection, but they have not yet aswered.

So, I wanted to know what is the process for collecting tickets by the venue? As I am in London since 6th July, can I collect them before, or I only can do it at the day of the event?

Inoltre ho chiesto a Ticketmaster di accordare il ritiro del biglietto, ma non hanno ancora risposto.
Perciò volevo sapere qual'è la procedura per il ritiro presso l'Arena? Dal momento che sarò a Londra dal 6 luglio, è possibile ritirarli prima o soltanto il giorno del concerto?...)

Thanks for your email. You can only collect your tickets on the day of the event from around 4:30 – 5pm in the afternoon. You will need to bring the card that you booked them with, your reference number and also some photo id to pick the tickets up.

Adesso c'è da capire: se non dovessero arrivare ci si mette d'accordo con ticketmaster per il ritiro la quale ( maledetta) inoltra al botteghino?ma senza ulteriori comunicazioni? Troppo facile...

Per i ragazzi del 13! E' arrivata anche a voi un'email per ricordarvi di nuovo che il concerto è stato spostato? Perchè se è solo un riflesso alle mie email allora questi sono cretini....Io avevo chiesto tutt'altro..e si possono ancora avere i rimborsi! BoH?

ANCORA NIENTE BIGLIETTI? E chi parte prima di 7 giorni dalla data dei concerti che fa, si spara? Non ho parole... e ho anche un BRUTTO presentimento... MAH!

Allora calma:

non so per ticketmaster come funziona, ma sul sito di viagogo c'è l'opzione per cambiare l'indirizzo dove spedire i biglietti.
Nel caso non dovessero arrivare a casa vostra, cambiate l'indirizzo e mettete quello dell'hotel dove alloggerete e mandate una mail per avvisarli che tot giorno partirete dall'Italia e che non essendo arrivati i biglietti a casa, li volete recapitati all'hotel a Londra.
Almeno questo è quello che dice viagogo.

We recently sent you an email to advise you that Michael Jackson's show producers announced the rescheduling and change of the opening shows in order to meet the challenges presented by such a large and technically complex concert.


This is a follow up email to remind you that the 8th July event that you purchased tickets for is now scheduled for 13th July 2009. The tickets you receive will be printed with the rescheduled date. You do not have to do anything as you will be automatically be moved to the revised date.


If you cannot attend the revised date please contact us no now to obtain a full refund at Michaeljackson@Ticketmaster.co.uk or via the Michael Jackson Customer Support line on 0844 277 9982.


Please note due to the timeline involved in rescheduling this show your tickets will now be dispatched closer to the event date..

In pratica mi ricordano ( come se non lo sapessi già da un pezzo) che Michael jackson ha spostato l'apertura dall'8 al 13, che non devo fare niente perchè i biglietti verranno ristampati con la nuova data, se non voglio andare posso avere il rimborso( ancora??)e la parte più bella...a causa dello spostamento i biglietti adesso saranno spediti in prossimità dell'evento..

E' arrivata una mail simile anche a me e ancora dicono di contattarli se voglio il rimborso (già me l'hanno fatto!!!)
