io li ho pagati con postepay...solo che mi mancavano 7 euro dal totale...nella ricevuta sotto "charge" cè scritto 0£ ...faccio in tempo domattina a metterci i restanti 7 euro oppure mi annullano l'ordine?? rispondete vi pregoooooooo

AGGIORNAMENTO SPEDIZIONE BIGLIETTI tramite Viagogo
Ciao Raga,poki giorni fà ho inviato un'e-mail direttamente a Viagogo per avere degli aggiornamenti + dettagliati riguardo i problemi di spedizione..e oggi mi hanno risposto.Vi inoltro l'e-mail..magari può interessarvi. "Dear user,When selecting a delivery address it is worth remembering that sellers of your tickets will typically receive them from the event organisers 7 days ahead of the event. This is because each promoter sends their tickets out at different times. Viagogo has no influence on the shipment or printing date from the promoters.If you have not received an email confirming shipment 2 weeks before you are due to travel, please get in contact with us again and provide us with a substitute delivery address. This substitute address can be a hotel or anywhere you are staying the day of the concert.

Spero vi sia kiara.. tra le altre cose specifica ke se non riceveremo il biglietto/i nei tempi prestabiliti possiamo dare loro l'indirizzo dell'hotel della casa etc (di Londra)e loro provvederanno a inviarcelo..

non si capisce nulla di sta spedizione...

io ora devo vendere un biglietto che ho acquistato con spedizione normale (by Overseas Mail). Avrei dovuto fare Fedex, lo so, ma nell'agitazione ho messo quella!

Come faccio a vedere il biglietto?COme posso assicurare il mio acquirente?

Ciao ragazzi scusate il disturbo ma ho bisogno di aiuto!
Una mia amica ha acquistato per me due biglietti tramite ticketmaster.Naturalmente ha inserito il suo indirizzo per la spedizione. Dato che tramite ticketmaster e' possibile modificare i dati forniti prima che la spedizione sia effettuata, posso inserire il mio indirizzo oppure faccio un macello? Io preferirei cambiare l'indirizzo dato che sarebbere un po' impiccioso farmi inviare i biglietti dalla mia amica... Ke faccio?

io il 3 Aprile ho acquistato due biglietti...ho pagato con postepay anche se non avevo tutti i soldi richiesti(ci mancavano 7 euro)..l'ordine me l'ha comunque accettato e tuttora sul mio account personale Ticketmaster rimane confermato,solo che nella ricevuta sulla voce "charge" mi rimane scritto 0.00£. Come mai Ticketmaster non mi ha scalato tutti i soldi dell'ordine sulla carta? il giorno dopo l'acquisto li ho aggiunti e in teoria avrebbe dovuto accettarli..mah.. se qualcuno ci capisce qualcosa potrebbe informarmi? [SM=x47981]

ciao ho fatto l'ordine dei biglietti ma invece del cognome nell'ordine o scritto 2 volte il nome come devo fare per contattarli e hanno persone li che parlano in italiano fatemi sapere
